"In life, all you need is good friends, good food and good wine." I may have a few things to add to that list, but I agree with the sentiment. What follows is my experience with food. There will be a lot of thoughts, ideas and suggestions with a few recipes thrown in for good measure. Pan-Seared Filet with Pumpkin Butter & Port Reduction


Here is a dish that I served right after Halloween. The sweet Port reduction went very well with the spiced pumpkin butter. Some simple oven-roasted veggies and it was a perfect autumn entree.
